Delays
Purella Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Purella Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number at nathan@purellacare.com.
